These are the general steps after you request cloud activation. Final setup depends on your selected path, camera system, recorder, and network.

Submit Your Request

Submit your cloud activation request with contact details, camera count, recording duration, brand information if known, and notes.

Choose Your Path

Choose the Videoloft Cloud Adapter for a dedicated hardware connection to the cloud.

Handle Hardware Separately

Purchase the Cloud Adapter hardware separately through ANY AI CAM if needed. Adapter hardware is not pre-linked to an account and does not activate cloud service by itself.

Prepare Cloud Account

ANY AI CAM creates or prepares the Videoloft cloud account and confirms the correct billing method.

Connect and Register

The adapter or compatible device is connected and registered for the selected setup path.

System Activated

Your system is activated in the Videoloft cloud and ready to use.

Camera connection depends on compatibility, existing access, and network conditions. Cloud Adapter hardware is ordered through ANY AI CAM. Cloud recording and subscriptions are handled by Videoloft.
