Live Tech Support
Not sure what cameras you have or whether they're compatible? Schedule a remote session and our tech will log in to check your network, discover cameras, and help complete the setup.
Support Workflow
We keep it simple. You book a time, we connect remotely, and we help get your cameras onto cloud recording.
Fill out the booking form or email us. Tell us your camera system details and preferred time.
We'll email you the remote desktop link and a simple step-by-step guide to join the session.
Our technician joins your computer, scans your local network for cameras, and checks compatibility — all with your permission.
We identify camera brands, IP addresses, ONVIF support, and credential requirements so nothing is missed.
We confirm which cameras can connect, whether software or an adapter is needed, and prepare your cloud setup.
Once approved, we complete the cloud account entry in the Videoloft portal and send you the next steps.
Remote Network Check
We scan the local network for connected cameras, recorders, and ONVIF devices you may not know about.
We identify the make and model of each camera so we can confirm compatibility before activation.
We check how your cameras connect — PoE switch, NVR, or direct — and whether an adapter is needed.
We verify that camera usernames and passwords are accessible and help you locate them if needed.
Security First
We understand that letting someone connect to your computer is a big step. Here's how we keep your system safe.
Every remote session is recorded with your knowledge for quality and security. You will be notified when recording starts.
Our technician only accesses camera software, network configuration, and discovery tools. We do not browse personal files or accounts.
You can end the session at any time. The remote software shows you exactly what the technician is doing on your screen.
Camera or recorder credentials entered during the session are not saved or stored. We only use them to check connectivity.
Get Started
Fill out the form below and we'll follow up to schedule your remote session. We typically respond within one business day.
Do not email camera usernames, passwords, payment card details, or private access codes. We will collect camera credentials securely during the live session only.

We use a secure, session-based remote desktop tool (such as RustDesk or TeamViewer). You'll receive a link before the session — no installation required on your end for most tools.
You may need to download a small remote desktop client or allow a browser-based session. We'll send instructions and a link beforehand so everything is ready.
Most sessions take 30–60 minutes depending on the number of cameras and network setup. Complex systems may need a follow-up session.
Yes. All remote connections are encrypted. You control when the session starts and ends. You can watch everything the technician does on your screen in real time.
Absolutely. If you already have a Cloud ID from Videoloft, we can help with camera discovery and entering credentials to complete the connection.
During the session, our technician will confirm compatibility. If your cameras won't connect directly, we'll recommend the right adapter path.
